radio comes on by itself
 

'99' ETC, battery keeps going dead, radio comes on and windows work with door open and no key in ignition, turned key to acc and back a few times and power went off but came back on after a few minutes (with key removed and door open or closed), pulled body #3 fuse to stop radio and seems to have stopped batt drain. got these codes from dash don't know what they mean but all are marked history except P1189

tried posting yesterday under eldorado forum with no response so i thought i'd give general tech a shot, sure could use some help, Caddy dealer charged ALOT for new batt and gnd cable, guy there said he thought it might be the ignition relay because the radio went off when they tapped on relay, when i tapped on it the radio stayed on, when i unplugged it the radio stayed on so i'm just guessing it's not the relay, i'm thinking ignition switch is turning on acc, but really have no clue. if anyone can help thanks, curt
