We just started installing these at our shop.
It's a good high quality film but only time will tell how it holds up.
Our install comes with a 5 year guarantee against hazing or yellowing.
You still have to clean the bugs off it.
I won't be putting it on my new truck. I still enjoy cleaning it regularly.

It's pretty tough stuff.
I would think a rock would leave a ding before it would tear the film and chip the paint.
I can tell you its not a DIY install, I've seen the guys that had a weeks training scrap many sheets of this film trying to get it to fit right. It's not cheap stuff either.
I don't think we have netted $1 from this product yet.
