Problem with my 1987 Cadillac Deville... Any help would be welcome.

I am new to the site, so I hope I am doing this in the right location. I am having an issue with my 1987 Cadillac Deville. Last week I went out to start it and it would not start. I was turning over, but it acted as if it was flooded. I let it set for a few days and it almost started on the first crank, then it started acting like it was flooded again.

I am in no way considered a mechanic, but my fater was and also my step father so I know just enough to get by. This to me seams like a EFI issue. Can someone please help me I really need to get this car going again because it is my only means of transportation.

Thank you,
HighRise

I would check fuel pressure.
