My 2000 STS MISFIRE

Just this morn my 2000 STS start to misfire today was running perfect does any1 know the most.commom reason for misfires on this year of car plz help

Prob solved

Solved prob wit my 2000 sts my cyl 6 was misfiring had to hook up to scanner car diagnostics just gave me a p300 code regular scanner gave me a p306 an it was my coil pack replaced an solved my prob car running fine now !!!!!
