Loud tap coming from rear of car under hard acceleration?

Has anyone had a tapping sound from rear of the car when you accelerate? It taps about three times and then stops. And also does not always do it? I thought it was the rear tag but i removed it from the car and tested it and it still made the noise? Also has anyone had the leather seats start to crack yet? This STS -V only has 10,000 miles and has been detailed often. It just doesn't seem like the seats should be cracking they are still very soft. Also does anyone know how to bi pass the sensor in the front passenger seat so that the air bag is always on when the car is running.

Noise hard to say cant hear it car should be under warranty.take it to dealer, demonstrate noise so they know what there looking for. Seats - should not be cracking, it could be chemical used to clean and condition leather.
