You should be able to go to any GM dealer and get it.You may need registration to get it(fed. reg.s), and may get info on questions not alway answers. VISS will show what was done,but not always why.If this is related to a purchase from a gm dealer and they wont provide it or any service info concening work at their shop. Pick a different dealer or atleast a different car. It would make me,myself, feel they were trying to whip a problem car on me.
