DO YOU HAVE TO PULL NORTHSTAR MOTOR TO DO HEADGASKETS

I was asked to do this prior for a person I know in a '97, but I did not do it. As of right this moment I haven't heard of anyone doing it inside the car. I am guessing if its left in the car it might be more ***bersome to achieve a nice clean reliableR&R without getting cut n scraped.

How did you get the rear valve cover off. Did you lower the engine craddle.

if you take the blower motor out and take off the dogbone motor mounts and have the car rocked when you are taking it off there is just enoungh space to squeeze it out but the rockers got to rock the car hard enough and hold it when you lift it out lol

Wow, at least you know what you are up against in doing the gasket. I wish you good luck and I mean it, not being sarcastic at all. All the best. Let us know how it turns out. [sm=signs003.gif]
