Cue Screen has scratches like spider web, and it's now not functional
Hi, my name is Paul and I'm currently driving a 2014 Cadillac ATS 2.0T. It's a good running car but the Cue screen is messed up Without anyone doing physical damage to it. It has scratches like spider Webbing taking up most of the screen and it frozen and won't work. My neighbor said the Same thing about her 2013 ATS model. So I'm wondering is this a ongoing issues in these models? I only have 27301 millage on it. I'm hearing some owners are paying $1400 or so for repairs? But i didn't physically damaged it.. is there a recall with this issue? I would like to know how to get this repair. Thanks in advance.

My wife's 2014 SRX, with 45k miles, CUE screen started acting all crazy recently. Dealer replaced under warranty 3 weeks ago. The touch sense screens are known to go bad and is fairly common.
The touch screen is not difficult to change if you have any mechanical ability, as there a ton of YouTube videos showing how to do it
https://www.youtube.com/results?sear...lac+cue+screen
and the can be had for around a hundred bux on fleabay.
