2003 cts with code u1016 com loss with vcm. Is this a ground problem? I just put a new engine in the car. The climate control does not put out heat. I have not checked actual engine temp yet. Also have a body code 0029. mirrows door locks air bag warning light intermittent problems. still ground related? Any help please?
