RE: cd/mp3 player install.
Recently I think Lowrider magazine here in the States did a one-pager on late model aftermarket GM installs. Citing Scosche as the company that is thinking up new products to allow GM's more sophisticated RDS CD/cassette radios that also handle additional wiring interconnects and allow both those access and your aftermarket to run. Contact them for some help as well.

RE: cd/mp3 player install.
in front of your dash it should be two screws under the would grain mount where your deck is. there you remove the factory deck and rewire the new deck. depending on you deck you will have to either wire the deck one wire at a time or have a harness made which can be done at any stereo shop. when i did my alpine deck i wired it my self. its not hard if you have the wiring diagrams for the caddy and the receivers its plug an play. wiring diagrams can be purchased at any cadillac dealer or ebay
