Car is hard to start, please HELP...
High, new to the board here... I have a 1995 eldorado and it has a hard time starting. Sometimes, when i'm trying to start the car, the engine will turn over for 10 seconds or so before it finally starts. and when it starts, it smells like gas and fumes and I see smoke come out of the exhaust sometimes. Anyone got any suggestions or Ideas as to where to start looking? I'm thinking the spark plugs could be fouled. could this cause this? Any help is greatly appreciated... Thanks.
