just dropped the 350 chevy into the coupe,i used motor mounts from a 91-93 fleetwood broughm,matched up fairly well,so no welding the motor mounts.im running a manual fuel pump,to a elderbrock 4 barrel carb,500.350 short tail transmission,wich allowed me to keep the drive shaft the same size,except for the front yolk,i had it switched to a 350 yolk.now my only problem is the dang gone cross member,wont fit wont work just wrong,do anyone know what cross member will work with this 350 transmission,oh and thanks for all the comments slowroll,youve been a blessing

 

What's the deal with the crossmember? Is it possible to cut pad off old crossmember and move it? You could possibly find one from a 77-80 full size with 3 spd auto (Caprice,88,98,LeSabre,Electra...etc)

 

slowroll thanx for all the help first off,i actually went with a cross member from a 1984 fleetwood,it had a 5.0 from factory,and it lined right up with the 350 trans,now all im lacking is the intake manifold,a few wire to be hooked up and ill be ready to fire her up,and once again thanx.
