CADext Traction Active /Speedometer problems

Hello everyone, I need some help with my 03' ext 51,000m just out of factory warentee ...I bought it last year and notice a "service ride control" message coming on I took it to the dealer they said it was a wire that wasnt making a good connection they claimed it was fixed.Ok Now recently i was out driving and I noticed the speedometer gauge spinning past 120 miles and hour and reading 80 -90 when the vehicle is stopped. Not only did the service ride control mess. come back but there a new mess. that comes up "traction active "It only comes up on take offs from any stoped position and the engine kinda downshifts it not good because at an intersection you've got to get across asap....I read the manual an traction active supposed to happens when the wheels are slipping..I cant see how thats poss. on dry roads ,,Please Help...
