Does anyone know where I can get a new one of these? It fits into a hole in my door and allows me to screw on the door panel to the door itself. This piece broke on both sides! Both door panels on my ETC are flapping when you pull them shut and it's driving me crazy!

 

If you haven't done so already, you may want to contact your local Cadillac dealership's parts department. If they don't have these, they might know of other places you can check out within your area.
