96 DeVille Rough Idle

96 DeVille Northstar

Rough Idle, more present at low rpms or just sitting in gear motionless.

No codes present. 138,000 miles

Code a coil pack be weak? Who can I check each coil to see if one is weak and not totally out.

need more details ...
- have you checked the Throttle intake for carbon ?
- tested the TPS?

w/o test equip, you could buy one coil and start swaping it.

have you done a tuneup recently, how about the fuel filter.
