95 Cadillac SLS Transmission issue

I am working on a 1995 Cadillac Seville SLS w/ auto trans.
The transmission is acting up, when you first start it and drive it will shift into 2nd gear, then the check engine light comes on and doesnt shift any farther, then when you come to a stop it is very sluggish, like its stuck in 2nd gear and will not shift at all.
Now, if you come to a stop and shut the engine off and restart it and continue to drive eit will shift into 2nd gear and starts all over again.

I checked for codes and here are the list:

P029 - Transmission shift 'B' solenoid problem. (1st, 3rd, 4th gear)
P036 - EGR Valve pintle, position out of range.
P094 - Transmission shift 'A' solenoid probelm. (1st, 3rd, 4th gear)

I027 - PRND321 Sensor Failure.

S020 - LR Damper solenoid valve, short to voltage.
S038 - ELC Exhaust short to ground/open circuit.
S044 - Lift/Dive Signal Fault.
S061 - RF Rotary Sensor Position Signal Fault.

I know the 'S' codes are to do with the Stability Control System and probably have nothing to do with the transmission, I just posted all the codes I had.

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance
Joe
