94 deville concourse needs help
 

i have a 1994 deville northstar that while in park the engine will rev up and down. and some time when i wake up and go to turn it on it says hot turn off engine before i even started it the code's p035, and s060 are the only current ones that came up does anyone have advice?:confused:
