92 STS Audio

Hey guys... I blew a rear speaker in my 92 STS w/ bose gold. I got a NOS replacement (for $40 !!). Do I seriously need to pull the rear seat to pull the package tray to replace this thing?? That's how it looked to me.....:(

Yes, may need to pull sail panel(s) too.
