92 eldorado false hot coolant message

i would really appreciate some help my 92 eldorado says it is hot when it isn't i have replaced coolant sensor and coolant switch sender with no results any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated shows no current codes. als just discoverd that fans are not coming on
