91 Deville stalls when coming to stop.

This problem does not happen when i drive the car infrequently, but when i start driving the car every day, occasionally when i come to a complete stop it will slightly lunge & then stall, I put it in park and It will start right back up with no problem. This does not happen all the time, it may do it another couple of times that day or it might be another week before it happens again.
The only other times i notice this problem is when I'm driving on a interstate merge ramp, the kind that has the 180 or 360 degree turns, sometimes it will stall in the middle of the large turn radius.
In both of the above situations the engine is at idle speed. My mechanic thought it was the injectors & replace every one, but that has not resolved the problem. The type of gasoline I buy is either Shell or Marathon & I ALWAYS use the premium 92, 93 octane, which is recommended by the manufacturer.
Somebody Please help!!!

Codes? Carbon build up in throttle body, idle needs relearned, poor ground near starter, bad or misadjusted tps are all possibilities before replacing injectors.
