90 Deville stalling
 

Additional observation: When I do the override on the ISC and the plunger retracts all the way in, it is still touching the throttlelever and not resting on the minimum air screw. This has been the setting all along andyet the stalling is a new developement.
Seems to me that the minimum air screw is not very accessable. What kind of tool is used to adjust it?
The throttle blades and bores do not appear to have any deposits

Why start a NEW thread?? Did you search for crank sensor as requested? Cam and crank sensors are completely different. When the ISC is completely retracted there should be at least30 thous.clearance. Rather than try to turn in the minimum idle screw, turn in the ISC shaft to get that clearance. The ISC has nothing to do with stalling as driven, it only controls the idle depending on engine load at idle. The min. idle screw rarely gets misadjusted because its made to be difficult to access.
