83 cdv ht4100 running with a miss

Ok - got my self an 83 coupe deville last month. Drove it home about 200km. Probably put a thousand on it now. It’s been good. However I noticed a while back while driving it seemed to shake a bit. (Didn’t do it when I had first gotten it) anyhow,it seems to have progressed to a miss. I’m trying to pin point the cause of the miss. I’m still waiting on parts from rockauto at the moment (ordered parts to overhaul ignition system)

originally the symptoms were
bad idle
seems to run rich even on idle (shaky and smelly)
sluggish (specially uphill. Seems ok on straight road)
sounds like running on 7 cylinders but not that bad.

I thought maybe an ignition lead had come off (car is on hydraulics so things move around a bit) checked leads at the plugs and on top of the distributor (all seemed okay)

Pulled air cleaner off - all the hoses seemed okay. Sprayed carb cleaner down the hoses till they came out the other end (back of throttle body all the way to map sensor) and also on the vacuum flap on the intake. I should also note the vacuum flap seems rusted and doesn’t seem to move anyway.

symptoms now -
after spraying the hoses, map sensor and throttle body - it still has a miss. However now it doesn’t shake as bad on idle. But as soon as I get on the throttle you can definitely hear it bogging and it’s definitely lacking power. If I try and drive up a hill at 60kph I’ll be at around 40 with my foot on the pedal (not all the way. Maybe half, enough to get it to downshift) ** also to add when it idles it seems ok when I rev it in neutral it sounds like it’s down one cylinder **

and when it’s under load it stinks. Like unburnt fuel. So I say it’s running rich. I’ve got new plugs and leads to go on it. As well as ignition coil, cap and rotor. I also ordered an egr valve and map sensor.

long story long - is there anything else I should be checking?
