2008 cts cabin temp.controller stuck at 31degC

My 2008 CTS cabin temperature controller is stuck on 31.5degC and won't vary up or down when the buttons on the controller are depressed. Is there a way to rest the controller or do I have to replace.? Otherwise, the system is working OK.
