2002 Eldorado ETC Anti Theft System

I have been having issues with my anti theft system like many GM products of the late 90's and early 2000's. I have replaced the ignition switch and the key with the chip in it. I have replaced the body control module as well. I do not lock and arm the system ever. Usually when the door is opened, the security light is supposed to flash indicating the system is disarmed and the car will start. Occasionally, the light will not flash and as a result the car will not start. Sometimes, after a minute or two the light will begin to flash. Sometimes it might take up to or more than 10 minutes. I have noticed that the problem is worse when the ambient temperature is over 75 degrees out. Sometime I have to disconnect the battery and wait 10 minutes and sometimes this will get the car started. Many mechanics have tried and failed to solve this problem. I am really at wits end with this. Does anybody have the same problem or a solution to this vexing problem? Any insights will be greatly appreciated. ;)
