2001 STS Engine Wiring Harness

Hi All, I am replacing the engine in my 2001 STS with a Vin "9" motor from a 2002
DeVille. I know the motor is compatible, but will the Harness that came on my new motor work in my 2001 STS. Everything seems to match up the same...
