2000 Deville Subwoofer

Is there an easy way to remove the stock sub without removing the seat? I have to replace a blown subwoofer in my 2000 Deville. I have the grill off, speaker disconnected, plastic bolts removed but no room to remove the speaker from the grill hole. Help!
