1997 Deville with DTC codes and a wierd battery

Looking at a low mileage Deville (75K) which has one current DTC code and several history codes. The battery cables have also had the side terminal posts cut off near the batery and top posts clamps have been spliced in.
The group 78 battery is now a much smaller group 65 top post with only 400 AH not 900 AH like the 78 in my Corvette and in other Devilles I have seen. The battrey was run down also and had to jump it to start the car. Don't know if there is a parasitic drain discharging the battery or just that it is a bad one. Car has been sitting but was started only the day before and it took a long cranking and several misfires before it started
Once started the DIC showed about 14 volts and seemed to be charging with all equipment on (lights AC seats radio etc)
Car ran fine and had no misses or hesitation under moderate and hard acceleration.

Here are the DTCs present on the car:

PCM P0147 current (an O2 sensor code)

IPC B1552
B1910
B1983

ACM B1983

PZM B1552
B1558
B1970
B1983

IRC U1129
U1064

MSM B2109
B0856
B1983
U1300
MSM U1300 (DISPLAYED AGAIN?)
B1983

Some of these codes apperently occured from low voltage
but I'm not sure about the GEN and other ones including the current code pertaining to the oxygen sensors.
Does this car have serious problems?
Should I look elsewhere?

It drives fine and almost everything electrical works (the radio won't change stations from the steering wheel switch even though it TRIES to and blinks when you push the switch)
Engine ran at 210 degrees after hard high speed driving and then with start and stop driving with AC compressor on. Ambient temp is only about 57 degrees. My Vette temp was only 193 degrees driving with the same amount of high speed and start and stop driving. Don't need to replace the head gaskets which the Northstar engines are famous for.

Are any of these codes serious?

What do you think about this car?

Does sound bad, Get the correct battery, new battery cables, O2 sensor, and a set of service manuals and you should be fine.
