1996 concours
 

I have a 1996 concours, I was trying to locate the problem with key fob in the on board diagnostic mode. After some checking found out the module is defective. When I went to exit out of the diagnostic system the dashboard lights started to flash. So I shut the key off to try to exit out and reset the system. The light came on the dashboard and I tried to start the car it wouldn't turn over. Soon after that everything died, I put a battery charger on it and I got a load hum through the system. When the charger is turned off so is the power to the entire car, this seems to be a theft system the problem is its not flashing on the dashboard.
I hear the ignition relay clicking but for some reason power is not flowing to the ignition system, and when I try to start it with the battery charger on it it clicks the starter. Prior to this I replaced the starter, battery, and both cables.
I would appreciate some assistance, this is frustrating. :cool:
