07 CTS-V Lingenfelter

Hi, I have always been interested in getting a CTS-V and finally have a chance to do so. The only think holding me back is that I am not familiar with: Lingenfelter.

I previously looked at an 05 CTS-V which was all stock and the engine had a Corvette symbol on it, but not this one, which I find odd. Another thing is the car has roughly 20K miles on it, 3 owners, which is a bit odd being a 7-8 year old car.

Will the Lingenfelter addition affect the resell value for better / worse (b/c it is not stock) ? Will working under the hood be more expensive due to it being a Lingenfelter edition ? Does the engine seem to be normal for 07 Cadillac cts v ? Is there anything I should look out for when buying a used cts-v, to prevent any known issues ?

I appreciate any feedback, thanks!
