02 Deville rear window
 

I have an 02 deville and recently I have been having trouble with the right rear passenger window. This window seems to have a mind of it's own. sometimes I can control it from front and then it won't work. then some times it will work from the rear and then it won't. I have tested this with the window lock on and off and made sure it wasn't locked up front..it just seems to be very inconsistent with working. I 've also noticed that the door lock will remain up sometimes when the rest of the locks are locked?? any help would be great...is their a safety issue that is causing this hang-up?
