escalade ESV 6.2 liter towing capacity
 

I am in process of purchasing the escalade ESV : year 2008 with 6.2 liter engine, my question is:
can this vehicle setup be able to tow a boat with trailer which weight 8200 lbs>

most of the towing is within less then 400 miles of driving.
i have only one trip per year which is for about 800 round trip of hauling
over some moderate passes and good size hills ( vancouver island):

will the transmission handle the tow requirements,?

does the ESV model come with a transmission cooler?

is there anything special I have to do in order to get the ESV model ready for towing.

I currently own a ford 350 superduty 6.0 liter turbo engine, but would like a third row seat for family trips, which is reason why i am looking at the escalade ESV model

Towing capacity is rated at 7,800 lbs with the 6.2 403 HP 417 lb ft engine.
