I have received error code P0011 Intake Camshaft Position System Performance Bank 1. Does anyone know where this is located??

In cylinder head. You might go by Cadillac dealer to see if car falls under a special policy warranty. There were some timing chain concerns where GM extended the warranty on certain parts.
