both tires rubbing in rear fender wells??????

I have 13" wires on my 89 brougham and was wondering if anyone in this forum is familiar with modifiying the rear fender wells to eliminate fender drag on my tires. I only have stock suspension for now with the rims on, but the fenders rub occasionaly when hitting big bumps and even worse if i have people sitting in the rear!!!! Please help if you have any suggestions !

I would upgrade the rubber stops on the lower A frame.

ok .. seriously, not an uncommon problem on many cars.
however it may not even bet he fenders but the top of the
wheel well that gets hit. you checked for contact marks?

solutions:
slow down on the bumps (FREE),
drop the pressure on tires (FREE),
rubber stops ($),
get stiffer shocks ($),
install DUAL shocks ($$),
change rims ($$$),
modify the fenders ($$$$$)

maybe even pick several of the low cost options at the same time ..
