If your in the market for a cool classic but still want to do some work to it you are in luck. Most the time when you find a car that needs work it is rusted out and would be a money pit. That is not the case here. This classic 1955 Cadillac Series 62 is well on its way to being a beautiful show car and needs very little to be completed. That gives you a chance to get your hands in on the build process without having to do the extensive work that has gotten it this far. Scroll down to see a list of the things left to do to the car. The two door hardtop is coated in the original style yellow with metallic green hard top (Paint Code 40-44). The car was completely disassembled and media blasted before receiving the new paint job which has a great shine. The body is laser straight and the paint was entirely wet sanded and buffed to a great finish. It was a Texas car its entire life and is currently with its second owner. Every chrome piece was removed and rechromed with all the stainless being polished and buffed out. All of the rubber seals on the car were replaced which is a time consuming task that really makes a difference when it comes to wind noise.
