2017 xts Shudder under acceleration

Hi Have a 2017 XTS with AWD and 5k miles that has a shudder under acceleration when shifting into 2nd gear and is felt at 2500 rpm only. Have read it could be torque converter issue or right axle shaft not seated into transfer case. Any suggestions ?

Hi, STORMY. Since we are not certified technicians, we are unable to speculate what could be causing the shudder in your XTS. If you are still experiencing issues, we recommend having the dealership take a more hands on approach to this concern. Our team would be happy to provide an additional layer of assistance and reach out to the dealer on your behalf. Should you like our help, please email socialmedia@gm.com with your contact information, VIN, mileage, preferred dealership.
