2006 STS V pricing.
 

Been browsing the many pages of craigslist and ran across an interesting find. 2006 STSV with 53k miles. Heres the kicker; its a salvage/rebuilt. The ad says 17500 which is not realistic for a rebuilt title. Whats a good price point of this car? From what I've gathered, KBB has it around 15500 with a clean title.
