gps stereo install

was wondering if i buy a gps stereo combo for a sts out of a salvage yard is this a plug and play.
is my car pre wired for this unit have a 05 sts
If anybody has done this would love to have some feed back on this

No! I would not even try it. Cadillac has not been "plug and play" for years.
