Ebay Radio Experience???
 

My 05 STS radio and cd are kaput. Presently I have an aftermarket Pioneer unit installed which I like, but can't access any driver settings. On Ebay there are used radios that seem to match my car. They are cheap enough that I might risk buying one to try. I would then transfer the Pioneer to my Miata. The one I have linked has a 30 free return. Here are my questions - 1) Is there a "lock" that must be unlocked to use another radio? 2) Does anyone have experience with installing a used cadillac radio?

With radio; it needs to match what car was built with. You will need dealer to program radio to your car. If you have original radio; the part number need to match the new to you one.
