? about suspension 2002 sts

recently purchased the car. didn't know alot about the model...it was a good price and i had to move quickly.

so i come to find out the sts has a really stiff ride. wasn't expecting this...
i understand the sls has the ride i was probably looking for in a cadillac.

so my question is, can i put sls front shocks/struts on my sts? and will that resolve my issue or will i have to do more. or is this even possible. maybe i would even need to change out ecu/computer thingy so it could give the proper instructions to the shocks? don't know. need some help. or i'm getting rid of this car. its a beautiful car and has the vogue wheels and lots of little extras. the car has 45k miles, a 2002 sts.

thanks for the help

You could try to replace all 4 springs and/or reduce air pressure in tires, Possibly swap out to 16 in wheels and 60 series tires. There is not a lot you can do, earlier models module could be reprogrammed. The Vogue tires could be part of the problem, some styles use a hard compound to get improved tire life, the Radial IX was the softer series.
