1997 cadillac seville fuel pump problem
 

i had a 1997 cadillac seville and have replace the fuel pump and it still doesnt work i am not even hearing the fuel pump come on.it has a reading on the dash panel saying sercurity problem car my not start.does this have anything to do with the fuel pump not coming on and pumping fuel.

this is driving me crazy i really hope someone can help me out.
