Turn Signals

Just purchased a 2005 SRX in August, I've had to replace both turn signals because blown out bulb and fried socket and wiring. I agree this shouldn't happen but has anyone experienced this also? The bulb part doesn't bother me it's the burnt socket and wiring that causing the concern.///

The push in type exterior bulbs tend overheat the sockets, in most every brand of vehicle they are installed in. There is a special dielectric grease to reduce failures.
