SRX No Start after new chains

New chains installed and now a NO Start condition. Have 4 old permanent codes, P0017 (crank vs ex cam implausible which is why chains were done), P00C6 Fuel rail pressure low during cranking, P0122 TPS1 low Voltage and P0223 TPS2 High voltage (engine did crank with throttlebody plug off once). I try to reset codes with my cheaper scanner but the engine rpm isn't reading on scanner or the tach when cranking when I try to erase and it tells me to start engine. I even tore it down and did it again after rear cam jumped a tooth due to a bad new chain tensioner that has been replaced. Please help. Not a licensed tech, just an above average home mechanic. Could the security system be killing it? Im at a loss

Side note. I did have the engine out of this car and ecu was disconnected. My Mitchel instructions only were for the engine out of the car, it doesn't show if any procedures need to be done
