cue screen
 

hello everyone,
i have a 2014 cadillac srx base model, not my choice, wife wanted this car, anyway, the cue screen does not work the way it's supposed to, i've tried the hard reset, did it twice, part of it works now, has anyone ever replaced their screen? is it very hard? i looked on youtube, no one seems to want to really let you know how to do it, i have no problem mechanically, just wondering if there are any special tricks, all help would be greatly appreciated, thank you

My 2013 SRX QUE screen locked up and it is a known problem and the Dealership should replace it under warranty.
