2013 SRX DRL Dim Headlights
 

I took my 2013 SRX to the Dealership due to the DRLs not working and found out some interesting information. I have a bumper to bumper warranty and found out the reflector on the DRLs had come loose and was blocking the light output. Both headlight assemblies had to be replaced ($1050) and they were NOT covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. I have been trying to find out the phone number for the Middle Georgia GM Zone Representative to find out why, since this is a KNOWN problem (per the Technician who actually replaced the assemblies at the Dealership) the headlight assemblies were not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty. The lens of the DRLs that were removed were milky and the NEW lens are clear. That was something I did not know to look for before taking the SRX to the dealership.
