2013 Ats Cue screen spider webbing
 

Hello All,
After returning from my 10 day vacation I noticed that my screen had two very tiny cracks. I immediately purchased a windshield visor and began to leave my windows cracked to avoid the spreading. Just the other day I realized that despite my efforts to minimize the heat in the inside the webbing quickly spread. After looking more closely it appears that the screen is not cracked but the film on the inside layer has started to come up. I have notified customer care which directed me to the dealer,which directed me back to customer care. My car has 77k miles and is all out of warranty 😣. If it was neglect on my part then I understand that I should be responsible for the cost. But just like others on this forum I have done nothing to cause this and I'm convinced it is a defect. The representative at the dealer said that it is very common and that they have replaced quite a bit of screens but that they are usually within the warranty time frame. I have also had my cue screen replaced back in 2015 because the original screen was defective. I really love my car and the service I have received so far I hope that they can help me find a resolution.
