2005 srx phone service not available
 

I get a voice message "phone service not available" every time I start the car. I have a red ligth on on the rear view mirror, indicating a malfuntion of some type on the OnStar system. I live in Puerto Rico and that service is not available here. Now, how can I eliminate or silence this annoying message?
