04 AWD V6 SRX- Clunking, banging, clicking sound under hard acceleration???

As the title says.... the car is making this noise only under hard accel. It will do it going straight or turning. If driving easy or normal, there is no noise at all. the noise appears to be coming from the Left Front wheel. I first thought half shaft, but it is quiet if not getting on the gas hard. No clicking when turning like typical CV failure.

Any idea what this could be? CV? Front Differential? Car has 83k on it and the dealer did replace the front diff around 40k for being noisy.

If you get on it hard, you feel a kind of shutter as it makes the noise and from what I can tell, it appears to be the driver front. I took a peek at the boots and they looked good. I have not put it on a lift yet for a full inspection.

Any ideas where to start or what to check?
thank you
