Seville overheating

Guys, my 96 Seville(150k) overheats like Casters. When driven at 2500 rpm (3rd or 4th gear)on the road it operates at 215, any less revs it goes to 225 plus. Coasting or at idle it goes to 230. Otherwise goes fine. Only using it for short errands now... it's stable mate is an 03 CTS. The Seville is a great car and I'd like to keep it but...

RE: Seville overheating

Poor Seville: Overheating will kill the power pretty quick.Try a lower thermostat in your ride. If you have a 195 maybe try a 190 or a 180 degree. Is the rad in good condition??Clean in and out??
