I could use a copy. Which 1 is it???

 

Alright, I began to mess around with my Bose Navigation on my 05 Deville DTS because intermittently it freezes up and will not work at all. In doing so I must have screwed it up because now the face is tilted out and will not go back in plus the screen stays on saying I need to insert the system disk.

Please somebody have a disk I can get a copy of so I can fix this issue. Please contact me at chimez78@gmail let me know how I can resolve this.

Sorry if this is the wrong spot to be asking this, but i just finally joined the Cadillac family with an 2006 Cadillac Escalade! my only problem is i can't get the nav to work

it keeps telling me it can't read the disc.. you think if i bought a replacement it would fix the problem, or could it be something else?

the cheapest i found was $168 and id be kind of upset if i bought it and that wasn't even the problem lol
