Handling Problem

I've got a 93 Seville 4.9l Seville with 62000 miles. I have had this car for 13 years and it has always handled like a dream. You could drive with one finger on the wheel. During this past winter I started to notice that I have to constantly correct the steering, first one way and then the other. I have had the dealer check the alignment and changed wheels and tires from winter to summer with no change in the handling. Any ideas for me would be appreciated. Could this be a Speed Sensitive Steering problem?

I would try different shop. SSS system problems should turn on warning light, but it should not cause you to continually have to correct.
